Join us APRIL 23 in SALMON ARM with the Shuswap Run Club for a social road run & post run connection. All levels welcome. Run starts/finishes Kintec Salmon Arm (5:30PM start). We'll have post run Naak Ultra Energy & Rviita giveaways for all attendees.
Join us MAY 17 in CANMORE for a social run with RunUphill's Trailcrew as they kick off their annual Queen and King of the Hill elimination challenge (you do not need to be registered for the elimination challenge to join this social run). Run starts/finishes at RunUphill (6PM start), followed by post sweat cheers & treats. All levels welcome. We'll have post run Rviita giveaways for all attendees.
